Professional Qualifications:
CPA / MBA or undergraduate degree in accounting or finance.
8-12 years experience as a Controller or Senior Accounting Manager in large companies ($500MM+).
Previous experience in a Big 4 or large regional accounting firm.
Strong knowledge of GAAP
Technical accounting skills, large-scale or international consolidations experience, SEC reporting and revenue recognition skills.
Experience with large-scale ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Peoplesoft) and reporting tools (Hyperion, Cognos, etc.)
Proven ability to work on cross-functional teams in a matrix organizational structure.
