Here’s what a Client Partner at DayNine does:
Workday implementation project delivery (We offer all the training you need on Workday.)
Sale of initial and follow on consulting & implementation services
You own developing & maintaining customer relationships
Supporting growth of DayNine & its culture
Coaching and mentoring consultants
Interviewing candidates in support of the recruiting process
The job is 60% Delivery; 30% Sales; 10% Company Building
You must be able to get into the city (NY, Atlanta, Dallas, Chicago or Pleasanton) several times a week as work and travel schedules allow.
Required Experiences, training, knowledge:
Bachelors Degree
Broad and deep HR or Financials domain expertise
Experience owning the customer relationship
8+ years consulting experience in an implementation environment; Ideally you’ve done some HR effectiveness or change management consulting
One year Workday experience (you can get that with us)
3+ years project management experience, Workday or ERP projects preferred
