The positions have an anticipated duration of one year with the possibility of extension. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree with a major in a related field and six years of experience in administrative analysis or operations research; or an equivalent combination of education and experience; minimum of 4 years of experience as a compensation analyst with specific background in developing job standards/specifications; ability to analyze and develop job standards, communicate effectively and gather information from various levels of employees within UCSF and conduct market salary research and provide analysis and recommendations; demonstrated experience providing professional compensation support in a large, complex organization; ability to work effectively and remain results-oriented in an environment of frequently changing priorities; requires sitting, standing, walking, squatting, bending, waist twisting; reaching shoulder height and below shoulder height; lifting/carrying up to 20 pounds; pushing/pulling up to 20 pounds; fine finger manipulation; simple grasp; repetitive hand/arm e: Fingerprinting and background check required.
