Corporate Counsel
This Company is looking for a team player who can enjoy, and perform within, the fast paced legal environment of an exciting fashion retail company. This position will focus on the negotiation, administration and management of contracts and licenses (including international, IS&T and production) and managing certain outside vendor and internal departmental relationships. The position requires intelligence, internal drive and interpersonal skills. While not necessarily required, given we are a company placing high value on use of cutting edge systems and social media, the optimal candidate would also have experience with IS&T contracts and/or social media application. The position might be exposed to other legal areas as well. The position reports to the Senior Vice President, General Counsel.
