The Position Glassdoor is seeking an Email Marketing Director that will oversee all email marketing programs for Glassdoor, including both jobseekers (B2C) and our advertising partners (B2B), representing 50M+ emails annually (and growing). This talented leader will report directly to Glassdoor’s co-founder and Chief Marketing Officer.
Responsibilities:
* Develop, execute and deliver Glassdoor's customer relationship marketing strategy. * Implements B2B and B2C email marketing programs associated with driving key business goals including: revenue, interest, awareness, engagement, loyalty and satisfaction. * Use and manage CRM () and email platforms (including marketo) to deliver all campaigns. Implement customer/lead nurturing programs throughout the customer lifecycle * Understand the different target audiences and best reach methods to maximize effectiveness * Create, manage and track marketing campaigns within the global marketing automation system * Continually monitor, analyze and tune campaigns out of the marketing automation and systems to maximize ROI * Deliver regular activity, ROI and performance reports, manage the tracking infrastructure for each program and summarize results with recommendations * Work with sales and product teams to create programs that generate and nurture leads through the marketing and sales pipeline * Investigate and implement new technologies, services and/or vendor solutions that enhance the capabilities of the marketing organization Required Qualifications:
* 7+ years work experience as a database marketing professional * 5+ years experience in tech B2B marketing and demand generation * 12+ months hands on experience with Marketo or Eloqua * Ability to lead teams and manage people Experience analyzing sales pipeline and forecasting lead goals * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written * Strong sense of measuring business results including lead flow, conversion rates, cost/lead, etc.
