-The Email Marketing Manager will play a critical role in the strategic development and execution of all emails for the Company and will report to the Senior Manager of Email and Promotions. -Manage email campaign lifecycle including: -Development of an email cadence that achieves the business objectives for both online and retail stores -Develop circulation strategy using analytics to identify new segmentation approaches and/or refine existing customer segments -Brief creative team on email plans and be responsible for reviewing, evaluating & providing relevant feedback to the creative team at project review
