We have an immediate opening in our Valencia, CA corporate office for a Director of Marketing. The primary function of this position is to develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve corporate objectives for all products and services. The successful candidate will have the responsibility for providing leadership for new geographic expansion and market penetration opportunities.
Job Accountabilities -Ensuring marketing alignment with all functional departments -Benchmark competitive positioning and document our competitive advantages and risks -Continue measuring customer satisfaction and retention as well as new consumer acquisitions -Develop strong strategic partnerships with key vendors and suppliers -Develop sales support tools to help quantify business opportunities and establish the value proposition of our offerings -Lead current and future clinical service components that support and enhance current product lines -Monitor and control outcome of strategic marketing plan and department budget in relationship with changes in external environment
Requirements:
-BA in Marketing or Business (MBA preferred) -5+ years experience in marketing management position -Highly developed organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills -Demonstrated leadership experience with fast paced, high growth companies -Self-directed, with strong problem-solving skills -Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
