Online Marketing Manager
We are recruiting for an Online Marketing Manager to be part of our dynamic, highly-productive and fun marketing team. In this position, you will drive the direct marketing efforts, and development and execution of all online and offline campaigns. This position is ideal for the candidate looking to take on significantly more responsibility and career advancement, and will report to the head of corporate marketing.
Candidates with passion in and strong experience executing online marketing are strongly encouraged to apply.
The primary focus of this position is to drive our lead generation and brand awareness efforts, and generate growth in sales. You will work closely with marketing, sales and product management to develop our marketing strategy, messaging, and customer acquisition & retention programs.

Required Experience
Ideal candidate will have experience in and passion for direct marketing, especially in the B2B environment;
7+ years of progressive direct marketing experience, mostly in online marketing;
Proven track record in developing lead generation campaigns, including creative and messaging;
Experience in managing Search Engine Marketing (SEM) programs;
Hands-on experience with building customer acquisition programs and list building;
Expertise in using marketing automation systems. Knowledge of Silverpop is a plus;
Experience working with sales force automation systems such as ;
Experience in viral marketing techniques and social media;
Experience in creating quality sales tools which help sales teams engage in conversations and close business;
Solid understanding of HTML and how email templates and landing pages work;
Experience working with and managing good relationships with creative agencies and 3rd party vendors.
