Performance Improvement Manager - Finance. Develop and maintain productive relationships with client management. Collaborate to plan engagement objectives and a strategy that addresses risk and performance improvement. Manage expectations of service delivery. Value and model excellent client service by establishing goals and implement plans to achieve high-quality deliverables within expected timeframes and on budget. Monitor progress, manage risk and ensure key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes. Develop people. Provide constructive on-the-job feedback/training. Foster an innovative and team-oriented work environment. Commit to developing knowledge, continue to learn and share knowledge with clients and team members. Respect/protect client information. To qualify, candidates must have the following:
Must have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Economics, MIS (Business Perspective) or Business plus 5 years of related work experience; OR a Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Economics, MIS (Business Perspective) or Business plus 4 years of related work experience.
Of the required experience, 3 years must be in providing advisory services in the finance function and other operational areas that impact the finance function (e.g. Order to Cash; Procure to Pay; Close to Report; Budgeting and Planning; Shared Services/Outsourcing).
Must have experience in selling and delivering projects that cover the full life cycle of assessment, design and implementation support.
Must have demonstrated record in driving revenue within existing clients and in developing new prospects at the C level of Fortune 500 companies.
Must have experience in program management for large scale business transformation projects and programs.
Must have experience managing staff on multiple projects and providing direction to team members.
Must be willing to travel on short notice to meet client needs; travel estimated at 80%.
