Project Manager/Program Manager
ManpowerGroup/Experis IT is currently looking for a Project Manager/Program Manager to work as a consultant for our client Hewlett Packard in the San Francisco market. This is a six month engagement with the possibility of extension. Maximum rate (W2 only please) would be $56.16/hr. Skills needed are as follows.
Engage the client to ensure HP and Blue Shield are aligned around EDI.
Drive short-term improvements in areas that have critical issues and risks.
Develop a joint demand forecast and plan for improving EDI capabilities.
Provide oversight for daily operations including development projects and production support.
Manage a small team of r 50-100 resources.
Forecast and report financials for the EDI area.
Ensure financials track to pre-set targets.
Qualify and pursue opportunities that emerge in the EDI area.
Drive continuous improvements around daily operations.
Report HP status to Blue Shield senior leadership on a regular basis.
Identify and take advantage of leveraging opportunities from the greater HP.
Ensure HP's EDI activities are integrated smoothly with all other HP activities.
