Professional Qualifications:
Large consulting firm or Fortune 1000 company background
Technical project management experience in complex, matrixed organizations
Hands-on and strategic approach
Demontrated ability to motivate and lead high performance teams
Significant functional experience using, implementing, migrating and upgrading systems including SAP, Oracle, or other large ERP systems; Salesforce is a plus
Minimum of 8 years of experience
Bachelors degree required and PMP preferred
Ability to multi-task and demonstrate a sense of urgency with excellent communication and written skills
Project Managers:
Considerable experience managing all facets of large-scale projects, multi-project programs, or major project sub-sets ensuring that schedule, budget and quality goals are met
Extensive experience in all phases of ERP life cycle like Implementations, Upgrades, Customizations, and Production Support
Ability to work with cross functional teams within a large to mid size organization
Change management and Release management background a plus
Extensive experience in program and project management, business management, strategic IT planning, requirements analysis, business process improvement, and documentation delivery systems.
Solid understanding of SOA, SDLC, SQA Processes, IT Methodologies, TQM, PMI Standards, and Emerging Technologies
Track record for delivering quality IT solutions to mission critical business problems while achieving improved systems performance, reduced costs and increased revenue
Proven ability to complete projects with high quality results under pressing deadlines
Merger and acquisition experience a plus
System selection, IT Strategy and PMP certification a plus
