Position Description - Sales Executive Human Capital Management (HCM) Software Sales Experience Required!!!
As a key member of the sales team reporting to the VP, Sales, the Enterprise Sales Representative is responsible for identifying, developing and closing new enterprise customers. They will also be involved in up-selling our entire product suite to specific installed base accounts. Position Requirements
The successful candidate will have: • Experience in a consultative, solution sales approach • A minimum of 5-7 years selling experience with emphasis on enterprise software business solutions, preferably for a SaaS solution • Track record of consistently over achieving on a million dollar + quota • The ability to clearly identify and articulate client needs and match those needs to our product solutions • Experience in the HCM or talent management market highly desirable
