A high-tech start-up company located in the Silicon Valley is searching for a Sales Support Coordinator with Customer Support experience. The ideal candidate will have similar industry experience and want to grow with the company.
Job Description and Qualifications:
The ideal person for this position will have worked in a professional business environment for the past 3+ years as sales support or an administrative assistant.
Will support the company's Sales team with day to day activities
Responsible for clerical and administrative tasks and special projects
Ability to interact and collaborate with all levels of staff
Exceptional organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and very strong multitasking abilities
Requirements:
Qualifications:
Experience preparing and processing purchase orders, invoices, and shipping documents
High-tech or Marketing industry experience highly desired
Start-up company exposure is a plus
