SENIOR BRANCH MANAGER
Be part of an entrepreneurial environment! Your primary responsibilities will be:Leadership

·Drives all aspects of First Bank's sales and services elops daily and weekly, individual, branch and branch network sales vides daily motivation and coaching of staff to ensure accountability and achievement of assigned sales/referral goals.

·Addresses and resolves clients concerns and inquires. Responsible for developing and retaining profitable client relationships in the branch as well as their branch network (if applicable).

·Plans and facilitates bi-weekly branch sales meetings to discuss sales/referral results, continued sales/referral training, product promotions and continued product training.

·Responsible for continual training and development of staff, which includes, but is not limited to the following areas: sales, operational, customer service, product knowledge, risk management, policies and ntains thorough product ducts skill practices and provides feedback following the observations of live sales/referral train other Branch Managers and assist in the training of other Sr. Branch Managers.

·Maximizes employee performance through appropriate human resource management including recruiting, selection, placement, performance review, salary administration, counseling, and termination of employees in the branch as well as the Hub.

·Monitors the competitive environment by staying abreast of changes in the financial services esses competition¿s rates and services, their impact on designated branch network; informs Regional Manager of their implications and opportunities.

·If responsible for a branch network, approximately 20% of work schedule is used to conduct regular monthly on-site branch s one-on-one time should be used to discuss the Branch¿s sales performance to goal, the development of the branch staff, implementation of marketing ideas, operational issues, and any other branch issue which needs their attention.
Sales

·Contacts present customers to retain and expand existing company elops new business opportunities, opens and explains new accounts, cross-sells additional products and services to clients with an emphasis on establishing profitable client s clients for referrals.

·Represents the company in various civic and community functions to further enhance its image and develop additional business.

·Develops and implements branch marketing promotions which include but are not limited to in-aisle marketing (where applicable), calling on local businesses, teleservicing plans which include: calling on maturing accounts, sales leads, referrals, new account follow-up, and other prospecting opportunities for the designated market area.

·Originates consumer loan ntifies prospects and makes referrals to appropriate department.

·Track sales results and modify sales programs as needed.
Service

·Manages lobby traffic by greeting, directing and servicing clients. Encourages the use of alternate delivery systems such asATM, Debit Card, Telephone Banking Center and Online Banking. Ensures all Branch Mangers in designatedbranch network (if applicable) are performing in this capacity as well.

·Ensures and is held accountable for the audit integrity, risk management, and security of the branch and the branch network (if applicable).

·Ensures branch and branch network staff (if applicable) are scheduled for optimum coverage, even distribution of the workload, and appropriate.

·Maintains professional appearance and conduct within the guidelines set forth in the Bank's Employee Handbook.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
·May manage five or more Branch Managers who supervise employees in a designated Community Banking area.

·Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of this unit.

·Directly supervises non-supervisory employees within their own ries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

We are seeking talented individuals with the following qualifications:

·High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required; college degree preferred;

·Minimum of four to six years financial services/banking experience and/or training required; or equivalent combination of education and experience;

·Requires at least three years of experience (and proven proficiency) in sales management, including planning, goal setting, tracking, reporting and selling;

·Requires at least two years previous management/supervisory experience.
