-Assess competitor CRM capabilities and brainstorm the -future state' of CRM; identify which capabilities are most impactful and feasible to implement -With CRM team, identify opportunities for next 2-3 years to improve the digital connection between the brand and consumers across all touchpoints (O&O retail, e-commerce, and retail partner channels); create a roadmap and drive the team towards those key milestones -Partner with Consumer Insights and synthesize all reporting on the digital consumer; leverage these to share with key internal stakeholders -Educate the digital team on consumers across our key seven markets through primary consumer research and expert interviews
