The purpose of this position is to be responsible for all aspects of fabric and finish development within a given line segment.
-Manage the development and maintenance of a fabric supplier base that fulfills our sourcing strategy and meets brand requirements -Translate design briefs into manufacturing ready fabrics that balance aesthetics and performance requirements with safety, cost and supply base capabilities -Ensure a continuous flow of new and relevant pre-qualified fabric developments and innovations for use in the development of seasonal collections
